Not financial advice. Saved a Buck shares general, everyday money-saving information for educational purposes only. It isn't financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation. Before making a decision that matters, check the details yourself or ask a qualified professional.

How we make money

Saved a Buck is free to read. We pay the bills in three ways:

  • Sponsors. A company pays to appear in the email. Sponsored sections are always labeled "Sponsored".
  • Affiliate links. Some links earn us a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labeled "(affiliate link)" or "#ad" right next to the link.
  • Newsletter recommendations. When we recommend another newsletter, we may be paid if you subscribe. These are labeled "Paid recommendation".

Getting paid never decides what we cover. We only feature a deal or tip if we'd tell a friend about it, and we say so plainly when money is involved. This follows the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and disclosures.

Amazon Associates

If we join the Amazon Associates program, this applies: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Any Amazon link that earns a commission will be labeled.

Deals and prices

Prices and availability change quickly. Each deal shows the time we last checked it (Eastern Time). The price you see at checkout is the one that counts. Coupons, "Subscribe & Save" pricing, and member-only prices may not apply to everyone, and we say so when they're part of the deal.

What we don't cover

We don't recommend or give advice on investing, loans, credit cards, insurance or taxes.

No guarantees

We work hard to be accurate, but we can't promise that a script, tip or deal will work for you. Results vary by provider, location and timing.
